Cancellation Policy

At Rooted in Reading, I understand that family life can be unpredictable. If you need to change your appointment, I'll always do my best to accommodate you.

Rescheduling

Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge if you provide at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours before your consultation, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment are non-refundable, as this time has been reserved exclusively for you and is unlikely to be filled at short notice.

Missed Appointments

If you do not attend your consultation without prior notice, your appointment will be considered a missed appointment and no refund will be given.

Exceptional Circumstances

I understand that emergencies and unexpected illness can happen. If this applies to you, please get in touch as soon as possible and I will consider each situation on an individual basis.

Late Arrivals

If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible.

I will do my best to continue the consultation, but if a significant amount of time has been lost, the session may need to finish at the original scheduled time to avoid affecting other appointments.
